Both doormen and salesclerk are so poite and gentle. The shop has elegant interiors and comfortable BGM. There are lots of sofas and chairs in the shop so I can take some time for shopping. While I was waiting for my friend's shopping, I had a glass of peach tea. That was impressive. When I finished drinking, a salesclerk came and took a glass away. So I thoght they keep eyes on customers all the time. I've been to lots of luxuey brand, but this is the first time that I feel great being there. I want my marriage ring here in Cartier! I usually care more about servie than designs so this shop makes me feel great.
I decided to buy our wedding rings from CARTIER and I went there with my fianc? after accepted his proposal.
The shop has a very gorgeous atmosphere and I felt I was someone special. We asked to have our names engraved on the rings and we were talking about it, then they congratulated us with a bottle of champagne. It became really unforgettable day.
I used to go to CARTIER Ginza 2-Chome shop very often when it was along Ginza street until March, 2014. We went for our wedding rings but there were so many people as it was on Bank Holiday. We had to wait for half an hour just for consultation. The staff was very kind and we were very happy with the session as we could take time to talk at the counter provided for us.
I went to CARTIER to buy a wallet.
When I went into the shop, a shop assistant came and asked me 'Are you looking for something particular?'. I didn't like them to follow me round so honestly thought it was annoying, I then asked her about the wallet I couldn't find in the shop and found out it was a discontinued item. She checked a lot of paperwork and availability.
I thought she was nice and explained what I wanted. She brought a wallet from back, saying 'How about this?'. I'd never seen that wallet before and decided to buy it straight away. It was supposed to be a very rare wallet that other shop even didn't have, I was very happy with it.
That's all because of her kind help. She was very efficient. Top mark! I want to go there again.
