Went to buy a wallet. Because it was a high brand and I couldn't normally afford it, I was thinking for some time whether I should buy it there. My first impression was that the high brand shops weren't easy to go in but the shop assistants were very warm and kind. Although there was no other customers, the staff had a natural attitude that was nothing like a smirk. They were appropriate to the brand's name indeed. I originally intended to buy a wallet but I made them wait as there were also many other nice items and I couldn't help looking at them. The staff had a wide knowledge about one of each item and she wiped my worries out one by one. I never had any unpleasant feeling at all throughout the purchase.

Since I got summer bonus salary, I finally decided to buy a shoulder bag by Saffiano. I picked orange-ish color one. It wasn’t an easy buy for me since it is expensive, and I asked for some advice from store associates. As I shared with her about my occasion when I was thinking to use the bag from the daily life to work, she suggested Saffiano which was hard to see any scratches when it got one and in the end I am happy with the one I have decided on. Before I purchase the bag, I was afraid of it being scratched or I was worried if I could only use it on special occasion, but this Saffiano truly hard to see any damages or stains and I can even use it for a little shopping, and I think it would be probably better for the leather that way anyway. I greatly appreciates for the helpful store associates who helped me as if it was her own shopping.

This store is located in the Omotesando street where famous band stores lines up. The exterier of the store building is very unique, and I heard that it is designed by the famous architect. The ground floor looks a bit different from the other stores, and is a very classy store. The view of the sky window from the groud floor was astounding. There were a lot of customers who were foreigners, and the store associates' customer service was neither good nor bad. It was kind of hard to tell where the elevator was, and I thought it would be much faster if you could just ask the store associates in advance.

The interior is well collaborated with items and I felt the simple-modern taste.
The shop assistants greeted as soon as we went in and asked us what we wanted then led us to the section where those items were so we didn't have to look around. I didn't know much about the men's clutch bags so I asked many questions and the staff politely answered those one by one. I studied the function we couldn't see from outside and the purpose of use, I could buy what I liked. The staff also told me how to co-ordinate with clothes so I could give my husband some advice when I gave it to him. He was, of course, pleased with the bag. The staff explained to me the after purchase service. He uses it with satisfaction.
