I received a DM from RALPH LAUREN for the kids' clothes informing me that they would reduce the price again from 15th July and went to the shop at their opening time! Because it was the time when the shop was opening, there were only a few customers. I could recognise about 5 people by looking around the shop. I thought that there would be less items as the sale had already started, but it wasn't too bad even its size variations. I bought a polo shirt that had Hawaiian motif on the back, and a dress in hibiscus print that I wanted. The price on the matching shoes to the dress I purchased before Summer was also reduced but I gave them up as the size didn't fit me. The 2 items I bought were being reduced from that day and I already rang the shop beforehand to check their stock. It was good that I knew those 2 items were both last ones. If you have something you want to buy, it's definitely recommended to go there at the shop's opening time!
There were many White items in various designs as it was before Summer. The staff looked gentle and it was nice that she was never importunate. Although a friend of mine was looking for something, she couldn't find what exactly she wanted. Then the staff gave us some coordination advice when we asked. Because it was over the budget, I didn't buy anything this time but it was nice as there were many cute dresses, tops as well as polo shirts in natural style.
I purchased a pair of grey pants. I always find it difficult to find the pair of pants that fits me well, and that day when I came in to the stores, I tried 5 different pants but the store associates did not even make a face and consulted as if it was their own shopping. Thanks to them, I could find the one that fits me. This store is located at the female clothing floor and the second floor, and it is at the very end and kind of hard to see, but you can see the hot models of the Ralph Lauren panels and the store was very Ralph Lauren like. It is located right next to Burberry.
I went to shopping to buy a presents for my mom. I was planning to buy a sweater, but was not sure what color or the shape I want. It was Sunday and the store were packed with a lot of people, and the store associates looked very busy. At first I was looking around alone, but since the thing I would buy is not for myself, and I had hard time choosing one. A store associate came to me when she was done with helping other customer. She even apologized to me, and I was surprised. It seemed like she knew that I was not being able to choose, and she kept me on her eyes since nobody was helping me. I was very impressed.
I bought a pair of white cotton pants. I bought skinny jeans last winter, and it was useful since then, so I was looking to get pants that can be replaced jeans that I had. A tall 30s ish lady store associate gave me precise suggestion on needed items, and gave me advise on pairing up with white pants, and her pair up suggestion was not sale person like, and it was comfortable. Depends on the line, the price differ in Ralph Lauren, but this store was comparatively for young ladies.
I went to look for a cheeked shirt with long sleeves. There were kids' and junior sections just after the entrance then ladies' on the right hand side towards the back of the shop.
I was looking around the junior section for being skinny. I found a Blue check shirt sold for 4,000yen, at half price but there were only one size, 170cm and too big for me so I had to give it up.
I also had a look of other shirts but size 150cm and 160cm were sold out in all junior shirts. Perhaps ladies buy those as we can buy at half price of ordinary ladies' clothes.
I went to look for a Purple jumper in wool 100%. I thought if they had a sale for Winter items as the season is now towards Spring.
There was a sale for a part of Winter clothes but what I wanted was already sold out. I saw the same jumper in the men's section but that was in men's extra large so I gave it up as it was far too big for me. The staff came to ask 'Are you looking for something?' as soon as I went in. I wanted her to leave me alone as I liked looking around at my own pace.
It's next to COACH on 2nd floor in Sapporo Daimaru. Although the brand is RALPH LAUREN, the shop is POLO so the price is reasonable, even I can afford. I think most items from RALPH LAUREN are in good quality. Even the simple T-shirts, polo shirts, or hoodies instantly look luxurious and fashionable with RALPH LAUREN patterns. I love the small cute logos embroidered on the hats and slip-on shoes. X-D
They have men's items and I bought my boyfriend's Christmas gift here :-D
One day, I want to buy some matching items to wear with him.
The shop had a very nice atmosphere as the shop assistants all greeted me with smiles.
They showed me several different co-ordination styles for the checked shirt and I could easily imagine what it would look like. I was pleased with the purchase. The shop had varieties of items from casual to fashionable so there were many options to choose from. It's on 6th floor in JR Nagoya Takashimaya.
I bought hoodies in different sizes for my kids.
The designs appeared to be vary every year and the staff told me that the colourful zips was this year's feature.
The design that zips used flashy striped fabric on the plain hoodies looked very cute. She also suggested some coordination ideas with trousers in different styles and I decided to buy them.
They took time to serve me so I could shop feeling good.
