Went to look at baby grows and baby changing bags. The staff politely told me about the current trend and that how they would look like when a baby wore them in detail. It was also attractive that the staff was based on users point of view. She wouldn't recommend to share a baby changing bag with men because all the bags were designed for ladies when I told her that my husband also wanted to use it. I have some lounge wear for myself and all are comfortable for good night sleep. I love them as they are warm in Winter time, and cute in pastel colours.

Although I didn't like to be served, it was nice that I could take time for shopping as the staff weren't normally insistently at this MUJI shop. It's enjoyable to be able to look at the small items while buying clothes.! It's very helpful because the MUJI app recently became available to check the stock situation and to list up the required items before going shopping. There are occasionally 10% off vouchers and they also have a bargain sale at the timing of changing season. I could easily find what I wanted as the shop was big and the items were well-placed for easy viewing.

I like its clothes and often buy them. However, the length of the same dress in different colours differs about 3-4cm. Why does it happen? It's quite irresponsible despite they are expensive.

I sometimes check this store out since I can get department-quality clothing for reasonable price. Last time I bought a present for my friend, and some store would not give you extra shopping bag for gifts, but this store did gave me one. It was wrapped with a bag tied with a bow on the handle, but my friend really liked it. There were clothing, accessories, small goodies and shoes in the store. Their clothing would not look like something that Japanese would like, but their small goodies or accessories were all cute and you can wear them daily.

I liked Poma so I visited the store but it was horrible. I was knocked several times although I have not even tried things on, and I told them I would like to take some times, but they hurried me. If there were another customer waiting for the room I would have understood, but there was anybody using the fitting room except me. I bought the merchandise, but if this was something standard customer service for puma, I would not go back again.

The interior is well collaborated with items and I felt the simple-modern taste.
The shop assistants greeted as soon as we went in and asked us what we wanted then led us to the section where those items were so we didn't have to look around. I didn't know much about the men's clutch bags so I asked many questions and the staff politely answered those one by one. I studied the function we couldn't see from outside and the purpose of use, I could buy what I liked. The staff also told me how to co-ordinate with clothes so I could give my husband some advice when I gave it to him. He was, of course, pleased with the bag. The staff explained to me the after purchase service. He uses it with satisfaction.

I've been using a wallet for a long time but finally I found a hole in coin space. So I decided to buy a new good wallet and went to the shop. The shop has relaxed atmosphere and a salesclerk gave me his business card. This is the service that luxury brand can do. When I asked him what I'm looking for, he explained the wallets on displays one by one. The wallets are displayed with a key, and he put on gloves to show me the wallets. After I thought over, I bought a long wallet with waxed leather. It was wrapped in a fancy box and put in the nice bag. ( I can't even get rid of both the box and the bag.) I was so satisfied with the wallet itself and its design. I'm sure that I can use it for a long life.

I went to SEIBU as I had some spare time before meeting my friend in Ikebukuro. Because the Spring season stimulated my shopping desire, I went round several shops. I didn't normally go to this shop but I went in as I spotted a shawl at the entrance. I tried it on but it didn't suit me, then a shop assistant showed me a cardigan newly arrived. It was late afternoon and the shop was quite small, there was only one shop assistant. She was very funny, brought me items one after another so I tried them on.
Because this shop's taste didn't really suit me, I couldn't find anything I liked. However she was very nice and enjoyed chatting with her, so I wanted to buy one thing for her sake.
I quite liked a shirt among items I tried on, so I bought it.

I was looking for a lip stick for work. I tried the one that a salesclerk recommended, and I bought it. They can grave words on its cap, so I asked her to grave my name on it. When she did my makeup, I liked the eye shadow so I bought it too. Her makeup looked so nice so she told me how to do her makeup in detail when I asked her. Later day, I got a letter as follow-up service. I was so impressed by the message about the day I visited. The shop is located in front side of new makeup section on the 1st floor if you come from the entrance next to the station gate in Seibu Ikebukuro line.

Since I got bonus, I bought a Tiffany's open-heart necklace that I've been dreaming of. That was my first time to visit this luxury brand, so I was so nervous to just walk in. After I walked in, I was looking this way and that. A salesclerk nicely asked me "Are you looking for something particular?". I felt so warm to hear her kind voice in the place that I don't get used to. There were lots of accessories I liked and she recommended, but she's been so nice to me. I spent too much time to decide what to buy, but thanks to her, I finally found the one I like.
