When I was wandering to look for a Spring coat in Daimaru, I saw a nice one displayed at the entrance and I took it in my hands.
Then a shop assistant came and talk to me, politely explained me the other colours and different designs, she was nice. I was also keen on the knitwear and took it in my hands and she brought some trousers to co-ordinate with it, told me the suitable colours to wear with. I was pleased to be able learn about fashion.
It was a shame that the staff had to go somewhere else and other shop assistant took over, it happened more than once before I went to the till and I couldn't finish our conversation with each one of them.

I bought stretch stripe tapered pants. I've been using stripe pants for fall/winter a lot so I wanted to buy one for spring/summer. A salesclerk doesn't follow me around, so it's very comfortable to be there. Displays always look fabulous. Everytime I go to the shop, I choose a cloth from a display. I looked at the display this time too and decided to buy a white cargigan and a long Tshirt to coordinate with stretch stripe tapered pants. The shop has casual wear but look mature and comfortable, which I can enjoy fashion.

I went to the First Sale in Takashimaya-Tachikawa around 9:50am on January 2nd. The opening time was 10:00am and people made lines at the front entrances on 1st and 2nd floor each. I stood in the end of line, and could enter the department store around 10:05am. Many people seemed to want to get lucky bags but I didn’t. My purpose was a bargain sale of NOLLEY’S. Immediately after opening NOLLEY’S had only 5 to 10 customers, but after 30 minutes, many customers who finished getting lucky bags came into. About line up, there were many knits and cardigans for fall or winter. Coats and pants were not so many, especially small size of pants were a little. I purchased a pair of light gray winter pants. I was looking for size 34 of this pants so I kelp it immediately as soon as I found it. The proper price was 16.000yen but I could get it for 9,000yen. Reasonable enough, I thought. I wanted a knit to match the pants, but knits were around 10,000yen even a bargain price, so I gave it up. If you want sleeveless clothes, you should go on the first day of First Sale. You could get good items, I think. Especially the sizes of pants are limited and many pants are one-off so I recommend you to go there on opening time.

★★★★★   NOLLEY'S DAIMARU kobe

It's in the middle of the 3rd floor in Kobe Daimaru. I think the shop is well designed and easy to look around as knitwear is in its section, accessories are put all together. I became liking this shop as the gift wrap was very neat and pretty as well as the way the staff served me was nice. Also it's nice to be able to go in the shop to avoid any unwanted detouring for being in the middle of the floor. Sometimes they offer double point reward.
