I had had only a pair of trousers so I went there to get an interested skinny pants. I couldn’t find pants section cus of the large inside, but shop assistants told me kindly. All items were put in order. I asked them to alter size after tried it on, they did it speedy and politely so I could get it just 2 hours later. The cashier also waited on me politely, I could do very comfortable shopping thanks to them. This shop is in Chaya-machi in Umeda. It’s in a big building, which has GU as well.
