I asked the staff several things when I wanted to buy a gift for my first grandchild, but it was so displeasure as she gave me an annoying face. The staff's service at other all shops except TSURUYA was good and I felt unpleasant even worse.
It has a rather bright and open space atmosphere. The aisles are wide and we can look at items even if there are many people around. It's also nice that the shop assistants don't insistently talk to customers. I was very happy with my purchase as I could buy it by the staff's advice such as how to coordinate it and what items were popular. I was tempted to buy something else other than what I wanted to buy as the display was beautifully placed. I was a bit worried if I was at the right place as the shop was towards the back of the sections for make up items and accessories after the main entrance that was the busiest used by most customers.
I went to First Sale in Tsuruya department store in Kumamoto with my family on January 2nd. I got so motivated to go there very fast, but the opening time (10:00am) was moved up to 8:30am, so I couldn’t arrive there earlier. Parking area was mess we had a hard time only to park a car. Finally we could enter the department store around 10:30am. Inside was full of New Year’s mood, customers are many, and I, who was pushing a baby buggy, could go ahead easily. Unfortunately lucky bags of my purpose brand shop were sold out. At men’s supplies section, all leather business bag was half-price thanks to First Sale. My husband wanted it for work since before, so I purchased it to him. We wanted to have a meal in the department store but every restaurant had a long line and waiting time was too long, then we gave up and went home. My reflection point was, I should hold my baby, not using a baby buggy. I had to use elevators to move every time due to the buggy and couldn’t move speedy. It made me so irritated.
The shop is at a corner of shoe section on 2nd floor in Tsuruya. As being the best department store in Kumamoto, the staff's service is perfect. Their advice is spot on and anyway their job's done in no time. I can't buy shoes from any other shops as my feet are very wide, however they always bring some trendy pairs that fit me as soon as I go in, and I buy pairs choosing from these selections.

I went to buy my colleague's baby gift. The shop assistants were kind and polite and told me who had no ideas as I didn't have children myself, what size for which stage and what kind of gifts would be more appreciated. I decided to go for a set of a baby grow, a bib and a pair of socks. I will go again if there is another chance.
I normally got to the Tsuruya shop when I buy TIFFANY accessories. It's not very big but has a chic and luxurious atmosphere.
They have more people near the time of Christmas or birthdays, the staff serves efficiently in the elegant style. I secretly applaud them. I'd like either a ring or necklace this year. I want to give myself some reward.
I decided to go there whenever I buy PAUL SMITH's items. The way the shop assistants serve us is natural and suits me, I suppose. I like the items, buying what I like and the staff's attitude is brilliant, what else can I wish for?
even if the staff is nice, I don't buy anything I'm not keen on, so I go to this shop that has everything I want.
