I liked their merchandise from before since they were cute, but the shampoos, rince, and the shower gels containers that I purchased before had some water for the shower gel container somehow, and I wondered I did not close tightly when I refilled so I tried several times but it did not work. I thought they would not accept for a refund since I already used it, so I exchanged to a new one, but this time the container for the shower gel was tough on the push nozzle, and I got irritated everytime I push. It was pain in the butt so I just use it as it is. I should have gotten a refund.
I came to this store for the first time when I was looking for a present for the mother's day. The store associate smiled at me and welcomed me and I got a good impression on them. While I was choosing a gift, the played with my kids for me, and they dealt very nicely at the cashier. They carried cute and classy items, and they made me want to change the layout of my house, and exchange dishes or small goodies. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience. There are no FrancFranc nearby from my home, so if they come closer I would like to go there often.
I chose a photo frame and brought it into the cashier, only to be told that they were out of stock. I told them that if the item for display did not have any damages, I would take it, they were as if they wanted me to check for myself. I checked for any damages, so I told them to but the item for display, but they replied that they did not have box to wrap with. Further more, they recommended wrapping that were not free. The way they talked irritated me, and the other associates in the store was bad, I could not believe they were working for customer service industry. They did not even say like "I'm sorry, since it was the item for display and we did not have box for them". They were as if to say it was not their fault for not having a box for it. I did not buy it in the end. I knew they were only for part timers, but they should study the basics of customer service, and they needed training.
I bought 16 piece cutlery set. I wanted them for some time and bought them straight away as they were reduced to nearly the half price. There were many people due to the beginning of year sale but the shop assistants were chatting at the tills where was supposed to be busy...
We were queueing up but their hands (looked like) moved slowly, there was no 'Sorry to keep you waiting'.
Although I could buy what I wanted at the sale, my pleasant feeling became as less as the half. I just wanted a word from them.
I went shopping there around November. Some staffs were just worked around and disturbed me. I wanted the product but finally I didn't buy and went home. There was no greeting, no hospitality. So sorry. Hope improvement.
I went to FrancFranc to buy my friend's birthday gift. Because there were so many items with good taste and my friend would love those, I couldn't decide what to buy. In the end, I chose a pretty bag.. The shop has a huge range of items such as stationeries, table wares and fragrance, it's popular to many people.
I often go to there when I got stuck with gift ideas for my friends. There are many cute small items every season and they also have many pretty message cards. The gift wraps are done very nicely. I bought some towels, a washing basket and an umbrella for my own use. Because they are so cute, my friends often buy same items as mine. I always tell them where I got them from as I'm so pleased when they asked me.
