Went for shopping to MOUSSY Mito EXCEL shop. Bought a knit top. The inside was in chic atmosphere and everything had been totally replaced by Autumn items. When I was looking around, the staff came to talk to me. It was very helpful as she recommended some coordination that suited this top and gave me an advice. Also I was pleased as she told me about the new arrivals and popular items. I could learn for my future coordination. I wanted a pair of trousers and tried them on. Although they were very comfortable, I decided to leave them to next visit and just bought the top.
Bought a V-neck T-shirt and a pair of boxer shorts from the men's AIRism range for dad's gift, as his request. The staff kindly told me about the sizes when I asked. The shop is within a huge shopping mall and the inside of the shop is very big. I often go there as the staff keeps items tidy and I can shop comfortably. When I asked for gift wrapping, the staff explained that there were 2 different styles. I was satisfied that she politely wrapped them in front of me.
I normally do bulk buy for tights and socks at GU. I don't like being talked at all and I intentionally choose this shop as the staff never comes to talk to customers. I've been to this shop so many times because I don't need to talk to the staff, the price is very reasonable, we can use discount vouchers and the digital ads are delivered every week. They often have a sale and it's very handy. I want to buy other items widely such as bags and shoes other than socks at this shop. There are many such items and I very much look forward to it.
I went to look for a new born baby gift as my acquaintance gave birth. The shop's atmosphere was so so. The greetings from shop assistants were exactly same as the manual book and were scary. The female shop assistant who had been smoking at the back of the shop came to me with a smile. She looked like a single but recommended kids clothes to me. Because I had a budget, I told her but she recommended the expensive item saying it was more popular. Although I wanted to look around by myself, she came towards me while folding clothes and talked to me. We ended up with a casual conversation in the end, but I didn't like her bland questions. I knew she was desperate, though.
I bought a Black top and a pair of skinny jeans. Although I couldn't pick the colour, the staff came to talk to me and I chose the Black top based on the staff's fashion sense. I've been often wearing that top when I get stuck with coordination since. Because It's Black that goes fairly well with any combination, I like it as it's easy to coordinate. I was really glad that I listened to the staff's advice. It became my favourite shop since then.
Bought a checked shirt for my boyfriend's gift. Many shop assistants were frank and didn't explain insistently. However the staff politely helped me when I asked for an advice as I didn't know which one to choose from. I bought a perfect gift by his help. There were many big male shop assistants who looked like very American style! They are privately talking as usual and you can enjoy the American-like atmosphere. The shop is quite big. However the display area is a bit small and it's hard to shop when it's crowded.
I bought a sleeveless shirt and a draped T-shirt. They are my favourite this Summer as they are pretty and easy to coordinate. It was the first time to go to Setagaya Kamimachi shop but it was easy to shop as the shop was just right size that was easy to find the items I wanted. It was quite close from Kamimachi station, and easy to find as the shop was facing Setagaya Street (next door to the bakery). When I asked 'Do you have this in small size?', the staff soon went to look for it and she was kind. There were many nice items among the bargain items on the sale table and I want to go again.
We went round several shops on the kids clothes floor at IWATAYA to buy suits for son to wear at his admission ceremony. There weren't any suits that he liked and could wear at other occasions after the ceremony. I saw suits for admission ceremony on display and it was COMME CA FILLE. The shop was small compared to other shops on the same floor but it was easy to go in as the staff greeted us with a smile. The price was a bit higher than COMME CA ISM that I often go to, but the items looked luxurious. Although they were made by jersey fabric, we bought the Black suits straight away as they looked in formal style and could be worn individually afterwards. My son also liked them and we bought a shirt and tie chosen by the staff. He wore them at recitals and family dinner with relatives after the admission ceremony.
The inside has a stylish atmosphere. It looks that there are many White and Black clothes in casual style while they are girlie. Because the shop was within SUNSHINE and there were many customers, the staff didn't actively talk to customers. They asked 'How was it?' to the customers who came out of the fitting rooms. So I think it's more comfortable compared to other shops that have staff who unnecessarily talk to us. Also the clothes worn by the staff were very much suited her and were cute. I bought a Grey top and a White floral lace top at this shop.
GELATO PIQUE on the 3rd floor in PRINTEMPS is just on the right hand side after getting off the upwards escalator. I could take time to choose without being watched by the shop assistants. I bought a striped poncho for my friend's baby and I wanted to buy other babies gifts at GELATO PIQUE as it was soft and the design was cute. The newly arrived dressing gown was cute and I would be coming again to buy it for my self! The PRINTEMPS GINZA shop is recommended as the shop assistants aren't insistent!!
I went there with my 2-year-old daughter during the Summer sale. We got in at the shop opening time as I thought it would be crowded as it was on Sunday during the sale. However I could take time to choose because it wasn't as busy as I expected. We went for daughter's swimsuit and beach sandals. She tried on many times to find the suitable size. We could use the fitting room without waiting. The female staff at the fitting room area was in her around 50's and she looked cool. She brought many swimsuits for size matching. I felt comfortable with her service and it was very nice. We could buy the swimsuit and beach sandals that were both satisfactory, by her help. I'm going to this shop again.
Although the shop was very crowded due to bank holiday, I was impressed with the shop assistants who efficiently served, taking order for alterations and tidying the items. I hesitated to ask when they were busy but asked the staff about coordination for job hunting activity and I was pleased that she kindly gave me some advice without any annoying face. I could see that their staff training had been efficiently given as they gave shopping baskets as soon as they saw customers who were awkwardly holding items in their hands, and they looked after some cranky kids.
Bought a pair of skinny jeans in Black. There are about same number of male and female shop assistants. Their age range is wide and you can find the staff who is in the same generation as yours, regardless of your age. Because it's a huge store, everybody is rushing around and they don't spend much time for each customer. The staff doesn't seem to be able to catch up for the size of the store and the great amount of items, and there aren't many shop assistants who are familiar with the items as they can't answer precisely to questions. The inside is big and clean but I feel it's uncomfortable as it's always crowded and busy. I often have to walk around the store to look for the item as there is no information board to show where the items are, and sometimes I get tired. When I asked 'Where can I find this item?' showing my smartphone screen, the staff seemed to be inexperienced and she made me wait for a while rather than showing me around straight away. I was annoyed because she couldn't answer soon when I asked whether there were any colour variations. The Navy pair that was one of the colours out of 2 I wanted to buy was out of stock and the staff placed an order for me. Although I decided not to buy them after I saw the actual item that came in a few days later, the staff politely dealt with it despite my cancellation.
This brand is my favourite and I went there to look for a dress at the beginning of Autumn in last year. Most shop assistants are female who look like in their 20's. The staff who served me listened to my issues and request well and gave me some advice. The shop isn't big but it has a lovely atmosphere that perfectly fits the expression of adult-girlie as the positions of mannequins and the item layout are well-thought. The small items such as hats and shoes are displayed to catch our eyes naturally and I often take those items as I can't help looking at them despite no intention of purchase. I can enjoy by just going in the shop. I was looking for an Autumn dress to wear with my long boots and asked for the staff's advice. Because my height is shorter than 150cm, it's difficult to choose the right length. She showed me various coordination ideas based on the features on each item while the dresses in ordinary size were too big but the tunic type wasn't reasonably adapted. Although there wasn't what I liked and I didn't buy anything after all, I'd like to go again for her coordination advice as she kindly tried to help me..
Because there were many wide-brimmed cute hats on display this year, I wanted and was looking for it. When went in the shop, I saw many items that they wanted to sell and I could easily see what their current recommendation was. I felt that there were many hats at men's section but less varieties at ladies'. It also looked like the same at ARROWS but they had more hats than other shops. I bought a standard Black hat as there were many in stock, but it was a shame as I also wanted to buy it in other colours, the staff apologetically served me. She gave me the information on the next stock and I was satisfied with my purchase.
This shop is on the ground floor within Lalaport and it is stretched to the 2nd floor as well. The ground floor was for ladies items and I went to look for a pair of Black skinny trousers. My boyfriend came with me and he said that more than half space on the 2nd floor was for ladies items, and there weren't many men's items. Although I didn't buy the trousers because they didn't have them in my size, boyfriend saw that the ladies hoodies were sold at the sale price of 1,000yen, and bought the Red one as the large size was perfect for him. It became one of the shops that I wanted to go again as the shop was big and easy to look around.
Bought a pair of Black gaucho trousers. There were 2 colour variations of Khaki and Black, and I picked the Black one after tried on. They were silky touch and comfortable, the silhouette was also nice. This is a shop that I often go to, and I have a good impression because the staff thinks of coordination together and she clearly tells me whether items suit me or not. The shop is easy to find as it's near the escalator on the 4th floor within LUMINE. It was during the 10% off period for LUMINE card and I was very satisfied with my purchase as I could buy cheaper than usual.
Bought a mini drawstring bag. They were available in Black, Khaki or Camel, and I bought the Camel one. I finally decided after I tried several clothes on for the staff to judge which colour would most suit me in my own clothes. Normally these bags were only available at KBF+ but I was pleased to be able to see them here as there were at KBF for the limited period of time. This bag looks small but it can take a lot of stuff in and I should be able to use it very often on my day off and when going out. I was happy to have bought it as it's an item that can be used for a long time.
The shop's atmosphere was perfectly being matched with the brand's concept. All clothes were also based on its concept and all were in loose-fluffy style. The staff's coordination was all nice and I happened to buy the same skirt.♪ When I'm looking at clothes, I'm soon distracted by everything as they all look cute. We can find favourite clothes whenever we go as there are many items that can be worn all year around. There are also many cute bags, accessories and pouches that can't be found at any other shops.♪
There were bags that collaborated with Disney Princesses (Ariel, Rapunzel and Belle) and I bought a Rapunzel tote bag. The Rapunzel bags were the most popular and I asked the staff to place an order for me. She was very kind and went to the storage room and got other princesses collaboration items to show me. The other staff whom served me when I went to pick up the bag was also friendly and I could shop very comfortably! The Ikebukuro PARCO shop is at the East Exit of the station. SAMANTHA VEGA is located immediately inside from the entrance at the bronze statue Ikefukuro side of the underground.
