['This will stretch' Scam] I'm not a person who is harsh to anyone but I will explain the reason why I chose my rating as 1. I went to Lalaport with what little money as my shoes are becoming tattered. I was looking at a pair in camouflage pattern. Then a pretty female shop assistant recommended them as a last pair. I thought it was just a sales-talk but asked the size of the shoes. They were 0.5cm smaller than my size. When I told her 'Sorry, but I can't buy them as they are not in my size!', she said 'Don't worry, they will stretch because made in leather!'. I tried them on but there was no space around heels and the front part didn't obviously fit. I said 'They are nice design but too tight'. She replied 'It would be the best if you think they are too tight, because they will stretch'. Me; 'There is limit to stretch, aren't there?'. Shop assistant; 'I don't lie! Don't you know? The leather will stretch'. Because she insisted so much and I liked the design, I decided to believe her. I put them on the following day but my heels were bloody mess. I kept wearing them, believing they would stretch and one day my blisters would disappear. However, they never stretched. I hurt my knees because of these blisters. I want my 12,000yen back. Although I understand that the shop has to meet the quota, I want them to train their staff to serve with the mind to make customers happy through their shoes.
