I go to GAP more often since my kid was born. They have 2 shops, one for adults and the other for kids.
I often go to kids' shop. The shop assistant always greet me with 'Hello' when we go in.
I always buy kids' clothes as I purposely go there.
Sometimes I want to ask something and they have an atmosphere that I can easily ask questions. it's easy to shop. I went to buy a blouse for my daughter on that day. I tend to choose jersey tops for her as they are easy to move and wash, so I was going to buy a blouse for a change. When I was looking at them, the staff showed me the different colour variations and designs. She also gave me some co-ordination ideas. I didn't take my daughter with me but she was so pleased with the purchase when I went home. It's in a shopping mall in outskirt of Yokohama. I love it as it's easy to shop.
