I bought a limited edition ring.
The shop had limited number of those and the designer would be coming to the shop from other country but they sent me a letter so I was given a chance to be there. I was so lucky to be able to see and spend some time with the designer as that was the brand I loved.
That was all because the staff wrote to me.
If they didn't, I wouldn't possibly know and definitely missed the chance. I really appreciated.
