Went to the shop as I wanted a pair of skinny jeans. Because the shop is in Ginza, there are many overseas customers but I was surprised at the staff who was efficiently serving customers. In UNIQLO, there are wide varieties in skinny jeans and I think they are good value for money as the price is reasonable more than anything else. It's handy and fuss-free as they can alter the hem if required. When deciding the length for alteration, the staff stayed with me and it was decided smoothly without worries because she told me what length would suit me or what the current trend was. They are comfortable and easy to move without feeling tightened. I want to have many of those, not just one pair.
Because I've been to that shop some times, I know some shop assistants there and I think their service skills are excellent. They don't actively come to talk to customers at the beginning. However, they catch the timing when customers take items in their hands and their talking skills from then on are incredibly good. I bought a Blue cardigan and I was worried whether the shoulder parts would be too tight when I wore a thicker inner wear, but after tried it on, I found out that it was still loose. The staff already brought another cardigan in larger size for me while trying on. Because I'm chubby, it's a job to find nice clothes but I'm pleased with the staff who has a brilliant skill and always finds clothes that suits me. There are some chubby shop assistants and I can learn from them, thinking that we can be fashionable regardless of body shapes.
I was looking for clothes to wear for a restaurant that had the dress code. Although I couldn't decide among 2 dresses that had drape around chests, the staff came to talk to me and explained in detail. They looked similar but she said that the one of them might be a little tight when putting on. When I tried them on, I found that one of them had no zip and it was rather a tight dress despite it looked loose because of its drape. The staff provided a pair of shoes, a shawl and a bag while trying on the other dress, and it was easy to imagine what I would look like. Although I didn't mean to buy the shawl, I bought it as well because she taught me how to wear it so many times. The dress wasn't cheap and it was for the formal place, but I could buy it with confidence by the staff's extensive knowledge.
I went there for the first time the other day, and the shop looked like that I could buy trendy clothes cheaper than other shops. I bought a plain wide trousers in soft fabric and they were cheaper by 1,000yen at least than other shops on the same floor. It was very helpful for me who wasn't good at coordination as the staff looked after me well from the start to the end. There were many varieties of clothes including simple and unique styles and it was a shop that I felt to be able to find something.
I popped in as the shop was within AEON MALL. GU strongly recommended its gaucho trousers and I went to look at them. Although I couldn't easily choose which type as there were so many varieties, I decided to try the Black trousers on. There was a shop assistant at the fitting room area, and she said 'Please take time to try them on!' with a smile when I asked 'I'd like to use a fitting room'. Her smile made me feel good. The gaucho trousers were very comfortable and I bought them straight away. The cashier was also nice and efficient.
Although I used to go to the other shop in Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, I now go to this shop after I found it in CITY. There are many really cute shoes. We can find feminine shoes that are suitable to any TPO. I bought a pair of pumps the other day and I got nice compliment at a girls' drinking party. It's also attractive that there are many comfortable shoes, despite being cute. Furthermore the price is reasonable. I once found the similar pair to the high brands item and these were more comfortable to walk.
The shop is on the ground floor within AEON YOKOTE store. I popped in HONEYS to buy a printed T-shirt when I went to AEON. They happened to have maximum 70% off bargain sale. I could save a quite lot of money. The printed T-shirt was at the half price and I bought it straight away. There were various shop assistants and some said 'Can I help?' when customers passed by, but some didn't. I could feel better if they cheerfully say 'Can I help you?'. I was glad that there was my favourite T-shirt.
The AVAIL YOKOTE shop is easy to find as it's along the street. There are also a drugstore and supermarket within the same land. The car park is big and very handy. They have discounted items near the entrance all the time and I always check them as they are very good bargains. T-shirts were at 300yen that day. Furthermore, they were with the very well known character designs. I put them into my shopping basket straight away because they would soon sell out. Also there are sections for discounted items here and there. There are many items in men's, ladies, shoes and underwear sections.
Although I was enjoying shopping, the staff had no amiability. She had an aura like 'Why are you here?'. I got angry as a customer because she was in the service industry. I like FOREVER21 but the staff was expressionless. It only makes shop's reputation down.
The shop is next to OPAQUE.CLIP on the 2nd floor within LIV. I went to look for a longer top. The shop is compact. I got an impression that the target age range was slightly high and the style was in pretty casual. There were many basic style clothes in slender lines. There were 3 female customers who looked like in their 50's. The shop assistants didn't come to talk to me but I saw them politely answering questions from other customers. I didn't buy anything as they were a bit too chic for myself.
Although I hadn't decided what to buy, I purchased a cute onesie that was displayed on the wall. Because I'm short, I can't easily find the clothes that suit my size, but the items in small size at COCO DEAL are smaller and perfect fit for me of the height of 152cm! The staff at LUMINE Ikebukuro shop is friendly and it's easy to shop as they never insistently recommend other items. I can learn the trend just by going to the shop as the staff tells me how to coordinate and gives me some advice to my fashion issues..
Me and friend often buy at this shop that is popular to wide range of age group such as high school students, uni students and office ladies. The price isn't very high and it's enjoyable just by looking as the there are many chic, feminine shoes while being trendy. They are also ideal to wear at office. We can get cute shoes at very reasonable price during the sale period and they soon sell out, because of its popularity. It's important to have communications with the staff to get the sale information.
It's a shop with many clothes in casual style that we can wear comfortably. Although I always wear fashionable clothes, I choose the items from this shop when I want to change the mood and want to go deep into casual style. It also has an American touch and its clothes are popular among my friends as we can fashionably coordinate them in a casual way. Particularly there are many cute T-shirts and tops that suit jeans. I always go to this shop before any other shops when I look for casual clothes. It's on the ground floor in NAMBA CITY South Building.
I love this brand more than anything else and I often go there as the shop assistants are pretty and fashionable. My favourite fashion is casual style and there are always what I want whenever I go there. My recommendation is MOUSSY's trousers. The shape of the jeans are good and they make our legs look nice. I can't count how many pairs of those jeans I've bought in the past. All varieties of T-shirts, such as simple plain T-shirts, vintage style designs and so on, are cute. The shop assistants always politely listen to us with smiles. I think you can buy what suit yourself as they also listen to our fashion issues and give us some advice.
As a start with, it was easy to go in as the shop stood out and the atmosphere of both staff and shop was nice. When I saw a dress and trousers online, I couldn't decide which item I should have bought, and went to the shop as I thought that it would be better to see the actual items. While I was thinking about them, a shop assistant came to talk to me and thought it with me. She thought about it very seriously, saying 'This suits you better based on your style' and 'This colour is more like you'. After all, I bought the dress and it really suited me as she suggested. Because I couldn't pick the colour by myself straight away, I was glad that I asked for her advice. I want to go there again.
Bought a carry bag 2 months ago. Because they were expensive, I was taking time to look at them then a shop assistant (about in her 40's) came out. She stuck with me and I was scared of her as she wasn't smiling. I thought 'Well, it might be nice to buy a bag based on her advice' (:-(). However she said 'That is for the higher class perople', when I was going to touch a small fashionable bag. She seemed to notice in the middle of saying that she was rude, and she was just mumbling towards the end. I could say nothing as I was so surprised at her. She then recommended me saying 'White (Ivory) bags suit you better than Blue' when I was looking at a Blue bag next. Can't I choose colours? I decided to buy a bag that she recommended as I didn't want to talk to her anymore and thought it would be good enough if I could use it. (I found that a part of the frame was missing when I had a close look at home.) I loved the accessories, wallets and brand bags as they were fashionable and cute, but I don't want to go there again.
I went in the shop and I wanted to look at the bag that was similar to the one I liked. As soon as my hand touched, the staff refused, saying 'You can't touch this'. I think that a notice should be displayed or put the bag into a display case if they didn't want customers to touch it. When I asked whether there were colour variations for that bag, she said 'No, we don't have any'. I told her that I saw them at a different select shop. She said they were from the Spring/Summer models. She also told me to go to that shop (Does she want me to go back to Kobe where I went on my holiday?) but she gave me no other service or didn't even say 'Thank you', so I left the shop. I'm not a pro and I wanted her to tell me about the types of bags that are currently available. It's a normal thing that we buy items after consideration for various points including designs, size and colours. However the staff's attitude got worse as soon as I mentioned the other shop's name. 'I don't know what you want'. The way she was saying was polite, but very cold hearted and I felt being looked down. I really want to request to the main office to re-train their staff. I'll never go to HELIOPOLE Hiroshima shop.
Purchased a CHLOE long wallet. Although the shop wasn't very big, its items were compactly gathered in the cute atmosphere overall. I searched online for the designs of CHLOE's wallets as I wanted it for a long time. The staff casually talked to me and I was very happy with my shopping experience as she showed me many items in different colours and similar designs. It was a White wallet I chose and I noticed that there was some dirt on it. When I told this to the staff, she soon checked the item availability in other shops.
Went to buy the beauty fluid moisturiser that was the main product from ALBION. The Shinjuku Isetan shop is always busy and ALBION is one of the most popular shops at its cosmetic section that the numbered tickets are handed over for the queueing customers. I was very happy with the staff who was quick but recommended what suited my skin and skin problem, without rushed . Also they give away free samples of the items that customers are keen on, and this is another attractive point as we can try it and take time to consider.
I always do window shopping there and check its clothes. I bought a kid's hat that I was keen on. It was a check hat in cool design and the fabric was sturdy. I was very happy with it. There were some T-shirts at reduced price on the hanger rail near the entrance and I happened to buy a T-shirt for myself as well. I like it as the design is simple and it's comfortable. Both male and female shop assistants always look neat and clean. I'm pleased as they politely and refreshingly serve us.
