Because the shop was crowded, the staff didn't come when I was trying shoes on in front of the mirror. I got a shop assistant and asked her to get the size I wanted. I then asked her which colour would be better for me, Gold or Silver. I purchased the Gold pair as the staff also recommended them. I was very good that the shoes were comfortable and the price was reasonable. However the shop is always crowded and the staff looks busy. It might be good for someone who doesn't like being talked and pushed.
The shop has 3 brands, the girlie 'FINT', classic style and adult cute 'AN ANOTHER ANGELUS and 'FLINT CHERRY' that is a rare brand and are only available in limited shops. I have been a fan of FLINT for 3 years and I go to several FLINT shops. In LUMINE Omiya shop, there are many shop assistants who aren't too yappy but entertain us with nice conversation. There was once an occasion that they asked the main office for the stock situation, ordered the item that was sold out for its popularity and I was pleased that I could buy it. Also they give us insoles free of charge if the shoes don't fit. I have to be careful not to buy too many as they make a lot of suggestions how to coordinate on each item. :-) Please do visit this shop as you can shop comfortably!
I went to the store after a while. It used to be located near the entrance of the second floor, but they had moved to up stairs. The store got a bit narrower and the selection of the clothing was also changed? It was more girly-like and I was wondering it won't go well as I got aged? I personally liked what it was before. I am envious who can dress their clothing classy. The store associates were very nice like they used to be! Because it was a small store, the store associates were always nearby, but they would not do the sales talk so I could enjoy shopping.
I got a call the other day about the merchadise I have reserved arrived at the store. Any store location in Muji takes like a week to locate items, and I doubt if they search that long the products will be soon sold out, so I myself locate the store location that has stock online, and told them to ship the item to my nearest location asap. This time I told them to find it immediately and call me back asap, although they were super busy during the sales week, but they called me back immediately. Thank you for working hard to find it for me. When I went to pick up the item, the store associates were nice, and on the 26th, there were a lot of store associates, and when one store associates greet, so as everyone and it was excellent customer service.
I bought a pair of summer like flower patterned tunic-ish silky chiffon wide pants. I sometimes go to this store, but they organize neatly, and I think it is eye-catching store. I was spoken to from the store associtates when I purchased, and she asked me to look at it and she went to the other store associate and they said it was funny and laughed while they were looking at me and that was very uncomfortable. I heard that the training at Cecil McBee but I was dissapointed how they actually were.
It was cheap, and their designs are popular from young people, so I see some family shopping there. The store decoration or display, coordination did not have any unitification, but the younger store associates greet you nicely, and each items were cheap and cute, so I often stop by at the store and if I see anything I like, I instantly buy them. I have purchased hairbands, bows or small goodies since they were so cute. The laced skirt was very cute too.
The store was not too spacious, depending on the seasons, they would change, but over all they give me girly impression. The store associates talk a lot, but they understand the store merchandise very well, and they will tell you about the store or merchandise information in detail. I tried a cut-sew one piece but it did not go well with me so I did not purchase. I did not have enough time on that day so I could not buy anything, but I am planning to buy a center-fold hat next time.
The store used soft colors in the stores, and the decoration was very classy. They carried unique desings, and they both had clothing for casual and for semi-formal. I wanted to buy either a puff sleeves one piece or the flare one piece that had raffles on the sleeves, but I could not decided and the store associates were at the fitting room or were talking with other customers, so I think I would have bought if I could talked to store associates and received some recommendations.
They had various colors and designed uniquely, and it is my favorite brand. I used to go shopping to Lily Brown inside Luminest in Shinjuku before, but I am glad that they opened the store in Ohmiya. It is located inside Lumine (on the second floor) where they used to have "Frees Mart" so it is very easy to come from the station. The store decoration was classy, and the store associates who were beautiful served me. They were so kind and explained the materials or sizes. I thought they had excellent customer service. Among the clothing I wanted to buy, I chose on a laced one piece. It was a very fabulous design and I was satisfied.
I window-shopped a bag, a knit top and a skirt. The mannequin on the display is always attractive, and the shop has calm atmosphere. Salesclerks talk to me sometimes so I can take my time for shopping without any distraction. A salesclerk showed me same type and different color items that I'm interested in. I often go to the shop, and all salesclerks are elegant and polite.
