The service was terrible. I took a postcard that I received from AXES to the shop and was looking at clothes. The staff told me with an angry face to put the postcard away. She completely ignored me since. She had a expressionless face throughout and looked as if saying 'Leave the shop immediately', Her attitude was terrible. I was shocked because the staff at Aomori AXES shop was very nice. It made me think that the staff in all other shops would have this kind of attitude, if it happened at the shop in a big city like Ikebukuro. Since then, I think twice whether I go to AXES again, and I'm currently looking for another shop as a replacement.
SUNSHINE CITY was very lively as shops were calling out for its limited hour sale. When I went to LODISPOTTO, the shop was very quiet and had a calm atmosphere because they didn't have limited hour sale. There were only 2 groups of customers and 3 shop assistants were there. One shop assistant was working at the till and other 2 were tidying clothes up. When a customer took the items to the till, one of the 2 who were tidying up came in and 2 of them processes the payment smoothly. Although I didn't buy anything, I could take time to look around as no shop assistant talked to me while I was looking. I didn't get any impression that it was difficult to talk to them, as the staff was answering with a smile when other customer asked something. The shop had a nice atmosphere and the staff's greeting like 'Can I help' was calm.
A shop looks gaiety that using red LED sign board all over both inside and outside.The shop has all items which are sold in UNIQLO and it takes time to look around in the shop. I bought a fleece night wear and socks that I wanted. Salesclerks are cheerfully and service was pleasant and friendly. The price was low as UMIQLO. Especially fleece feel comfortable, light and very warm. The shop is wide and it is good to just kill the time. When I come to Ikebukuro, I would like to go there sometime.
The brand is my favorite and one of the shop that I always come to buy some clothes. The salesclerk who is always taking care of me is really nice and helps me to choose an item. It seems like she studies a lot, so she can answer my questions immediately. Even if she doesn't know what I ask for, she checks quickly. She always tries hard to get me something I want. So I feel bad, but I'm so satisfied with purchase and want to come here again. Since I always get nice service at the shop, I decided to buy an accessory for a special wedding party. She showed me the accessory that I checked. Also she gets some other accessories from other shops for me, which could be another stock for the shop. Anyway, I was able to buy the one. I felt so bad about her kindness, but the service give customers good impression. I was so happy.
Elegant appearance of the shop tickled my woman’s mind and I tended to drop by. All staffs wore the shop’s brand lace fabric clothes, and talked to customers with cheerful smile. The jacket, whose design was so cute, displayed at the entrance, and gazed it a while. Then a staff asked me to try it on, I decided to do beige one and bordeaux one which I was interested in. ‘You look great in bordeaux! The best I’ve ever seen!’, she exaggerated, but with really good smile so I didn’t think it was a lie. I also thought it was not so bad, and finally I purchased it. There are lots of cute items with a focus on lace fabric or rose motifs. After this shopping I came to visit there. It’s located in front of fountain square on 1st floor in Sunshine-city.
In March, 2015, BIQLO, which means a global prosperity shop, opened on Ikebukuro-sunshine-sixty street. It’s a six-storied big building. The glazed display we can look at from outside is outstanding. Escalators are almost center and innermost the inside building. There are red bright electric scoreboards around the escalators, those are dazzling. It’s a big building so many products are displayed. I mainly buy baby supplies here. Also, UNQLO here has many products which are already sold-out in other shop-branches cuz we take time a bit from a station to BIQLO, so I often use this UNIQLO unintentionally.
I bought a lucky bag from HONEY in Ikebukuro.I think I paid 5,000yen.
Because I got there around noon on the new year's day, I expected they were all gone by that time but they still had some.
I bought it and opened it, there were a thick cable knitted winter cardigan which looked nicely over sized, a hooded seat shirt with logo and a printed T-shirt as well as a checked scarf and shopping vouchers.
I could used those vouchers on the day so I was happily spent them on other items I wanted.
The lucky bags were for younger people and items were quite plain, I bought it because they were my taste. The bag itself is big and well made so I often use it for daily shopping. It's big enough for travel, too.
I could buy it with peace of mind as the shop staff showed and explained what were inside the lucky bag before the purchase.
I often buy from OLIVE. There is a shop assistant whom I talk to every time I go there, she remembers what I bought before and says 'This would suit the top you bought last time'. I think you can find what you like as OLIVE has many varieties of clothes from fashionable items to casual styles. The inside is easy to look around as the clothes are always neatly placed.
