It's an outlet shop for KATE SPADE and there are cute items whenever I go. We can buy a pretty bag or basket at 10,000 yen during the sale period and It also has many cute shoes. There are accessories, wallets and clothes, too. I went to its flagship shop in New York and this shop has a similar atmosphere to the flagship shop's despite it isn't very big. There are always many people during weekends. The shop assistants are kind and you can also collect points towards the reward card.
The store associates were horrible. I waited about 15 minutes around the cashier holding the merchandise. There were about 3 store associates who wrapped the presents, or confirming the merchandinse but there was not even a single person apologizing the customer for the wait. I even caught some of their eyes but.... Anyway, I just felt very uncomfortable and it made me feel like I did not even want to buy them.
I bought a shoulder bag I wanted.
I fell love in with it and went to the shop the other day with my bonus pay.
There were a few other customers and all shop assistants were serving them and a staff showed me the my dream bag after a little wait.
The bag was in White and I was a bit worried if it got dirty easily but the shop assistant said that it shouldn't be a problem if I use water proof spray so I bought a can of spray as well. I'm looking after the bag as it's my favourite.
Their display looks pretty. I bought a pair of shoes. The co-ordination worn by the staff was also cute. They helped me to choose the size as well as they kindly gave me some advice on the items. I want to go there again. It's ideal go there for shopping with friend or a date with boyfriend as Roppongi Hills has many coffee shops and restaurants.
Because there are so many cute items piling up, it's not easy to choose. I don't think I can go through everything without looking at them one by one. There is a sofa at the back of the shop so we can have a relaxing time there. Some of shop assistants are very friendly and easy to ask for trying on or their opinion. We can enjoy shopping. I suppose many young female customers come and shop here.
I went to that shop last month for a bag. I already decided to buy one but couldn't choose which bag out of 3. Then I asked a shop assistant which would be easiest to co-ordinate with outfit and she kindly answered. She wasn't too pushy so I could take time to look around and shop. The shop is cute but at the same time it's luxurious and chic as well.
I've been using the bag and wallet from this brand. I live them. There are many items for anybody from young to middle aged. Because the shop is close from work, I often meet up with my mum to go there. Many items are in distinctive colours and I bet you'll find your favourite there. The shop assistants are all neat and nice. This shop is where I can enjoy shopping with mum.
I always pass by that shop. It looked nice but I didn't have courage to go in. I bought the same dress as the mannequin was wearing. The shop assistant was straight forward and not too pushy so I could enjoy shopping in relaxed after a long time. The staff is kind and should be able to give you some advice, I love the clothes in 60's style as they are so chic.
