Went to this shop to buy a pair of Black trainers that I was going to wear at my part time work. The shop wasn't busy at all as it was at 7pm on a weekday. The staff was tidying items up but came to talk to me when she noticed that I couldn't decide. I had a good impression to her. Because GU LAKE TOWN shop was big, it took me long to find trainers. However there were many black trainers in different designs and sizes and I bought a pair straight away as I could get discount.
I often buy from this shop as they don't look cheap and they are suitable for daily use, despite the price is reasonable. Because the shop is big and there are many fitting rooms, it's nice that we can shop smoothly without feeling any stress even on bank holidays or holiday time when there are many customers. We can enjoy shopping at our own pace as the inside looks always tidy and the shop assistants don't talk to customers unnecessarily. I asked to turn hem up for the first time and I was glad that they flexibly accepted my order despite it was quite detailed.
I popped in as the shop was within AEON MALL. GU strongly recommended its gaucho trousers and I went to look at them. Although I couldn't easily choose which type as there were so many varieties, I decided to try the Black trousers on. There was a shop assistant at the fitting room area, and she said 'Please take time to try them on!' with a smile when I asked 'I'd like to use a fitting room'. Her smile made me feel good. The gaucho trousers were very comfortable and I bought them straight away. The cashier was also nice and efficient.
Bought a White shirt. I purchased it because the staff was wearing and it looked cute. The shop is quite small but it's easy to find what we want as the items are well-placed for easy viewing. It's in front of SAINT MARC on 2nd floor within AEON MALL KURASHIKI. There are some mannequins in front of the shop and you can get trendy items if you choose the clothes on those mannequins. There are many female shop assistants and they are very kind as we can casually talk to them during we are trying on some clothes. There are also many men's items.
Purchased trendy gaucho trousers at GU AEON KURASHIKI shop. They had many pairs of gaucho trousers in the particular design that were being sold out in other shops, and there were many varieties in colours, shape and materials. Also the price was very reasonable! So I bought 2 pairs in Black and Beige. I had my kid with me but I could comfortably try them on, as the staff led me to the biggest fitting room in the shop. Although I don't like talking people, I like GU as the shop assistants don't come to ask customers 'How is it?'.
I bought a White T-shirt as I liked the simple design and the reasonable price when I unintentionally popped in. I normally take size Small but I chose Medium this time as I wanted to wear it loose. I found it was much smaller than I thought when I tried it on at home, and went for exchange straight away. Although I apologetically requested for exchange to a different size, I felt annoyed as the shop assistant who might have been a new staff gave me just a curt smile. However that feeling was blown away because the second shop assistant's service and smile were excellent.
Bought a pair of Navy gaucho trousers. Although there were so many colours and I couldn't decide which to buy, the staff was helpful as she told me the colours that was easy to coordinate. Because she politely led me to the fitting room and held the item for me at the till, it was easy to shop. It was enjoyable to choose clothes as the pop music that matched to GU clothes was being played in the shop. It was easy to find the sale items and the items that were eligible for mobile membership discount, as the notice was clearly (eye catching place) displayed next to those items. The shop is between the amusement centre and ABC MART on the 2nd floor in NISHIHARA CITY.
Bought 2 pairs of trainers in Black and White. I didn't know the size tolerance as it was the first time for me to buy trainers at GU. Because I couldn't find the size that I was normally wearing, I asked for the staff's help and she brought a pair in the smallest size. I tried them on and walked with them many times. I felt sorry for the staff who brought many pairs. I was relieved with the staff's kind smile. I appreciate her who stopped what she was doing and helped me despite she was busy.
When I went to buy some Spring/Summer items and I felt dizzy as it was very hot day, the staff let me have a rest in a chair that was in the fitting room. She also actively recommended the items that was suitable from this season onwards and suited me, while I was looking for a dress. She said 'Please feel free to bring it back if the size isn't right or you don't like the colour' when I was paying. She put all the shopping bags together, as well as telling me that I could get discount if I registered as a friend via official LINE on SNS. You should find the shop easily as it's within PARCO.
Although I didn't decide to go to GU when I wanted a pair of floral trousers, I bought them as it had them when I happened to pop in. I took pushchair but I enjoyed shopping as I could walk through easily by the staff's kind thought. I was taken to the bigger fitting room in preference to others, as I had a pushchair with me. I didn't have to worry about anything and I felt that it was a nice shop. The staff was constantly looking over the shop and moving around without any break, but it was good to see that they put priority on the customers.
