I bought a reversible midi length skirt, a vest with braid in accent colours and Summer knit with chiffon sleeves. This is a shop I often go to and I always get the same staff to serve me. All the shop assistants are always calm not only that day, and it's easy to shop. I went to look for a skirt and I found what I liked. I wanted to get changed for my rest of the day and asked the staff to cut the tags off. She kindly ironed and brought it back. We feel happy by this little thoughtfulness, don't we? They often tell me about their sale and new arrivals. The shop is on the left hand side after getting off the escalator on the 3rd floor.
I was looking for a new Green cardigan as a replacement of the Green one I had that was becoming tattered. I decided to buy this for the chic quality, the thickness that I could wear even in Summer and the refreshing material. The staff was wearing the same cardigan in a different colour around her shoulders and I copied her style on the following day. The staff's coordination is a lot to learn from. The inside was very crowded as there was a limited hour sale addition to the sale period.
I went in this shop for the first time, attracted by the down jacket worn by a mannequin placed on the aisle side.
Because I wasn't keen on being served by staff, I was secretly looking at it. However, I could try it on without worrying anything as suggested by a shop assistant with a lovely smile. Although they didn't have the colour and size I wanted (Grey in medium size), she politely said 'I could order it for you if some other shops have it'.
I asked her to order it for me as I thought I could count on her. The shop and the building are all crowded during weekends and Bank Holiday time, but if you go there first thing in the morning (it opens from 9am), you can take time to look around as there are not so many people at all.
I went to the shop to check a spring top. I often go to the shop, but lately I've been busy so I couldn't even window-shop. When I got there, there were some winter clothes left on sale in the back. Most of the clothes are already for spring. The shop has always something that I'm looking for. So when I go shopping, I always stop by. On that day, there were so many clothes that I wanted so I didn't buy anything because I couldn't decide. I think it's easy to find the shop because it's located just next to the department.
I bought a black camisole on winter sale. They said that I can't try an inner on, so I didn't try it on but I bought it. When I got home, I found loose threads. I called the shop, but they said "ok, so please send it back to us.". I should have checked before purchase, but they didn't apologize at all. I was wondering if I send it back to the shop, who is going to pay mailing. Anyway, the camisole wasn't expensive so I didn't send it back to the shop. Salesclerk looked nice in the shop when I visited, so I was surprised with the cold attitude on the phone. The salesclerk on the phone might not get used to the service over the phone, but I want them to have a manual in case of troubles.
