The shop is on the 4th floor within Tachikawa LUMINE and it's easy to find as being just beside the downwards escalator. I was looking for Summer knitwear and the staff kindly recommended an inner wear and trousers to wear with the knitwear. I feel that their thought is based on customer's point of view as they recommend items from discounted items, not only from new arrivals. It's very handy as you'll be given the membership discount vouchers if you signed up with the email newsletter. They also offer 50% off for bulk buy and this price is similarly low as the bargain items. There are, of course, reward point cards, and the items become better value for money if you shop upon the receipt of an email for additional reward points.
There are many casual but girlie items and they have a wide variety of dresses.
The mainly they are sold at between 5,000yen and less than 10,000yen and you can buy them for half price when the sale is on. There are also many clothes that give guys good impression so I always pop in before I go dating or when I got stuck with co-ordination ideas. The staff is also kind and remember our faces after a few visits, as well as giving us some advice. They seem to have many regular customers.
Me and my friend went there and a couple of shop assistants came to talk to us.
They appeared to be getting on well and 4 of us had a nice chat, we enjoyed shopping.
They were both cheerful and friendly. They told us the items that would suit us and recommended some items as well as gave us some advice on what we wanted to buy. We could learn from them.
I often buy clothes in this shop. I bought a one-piece dress a few days ago. It was printed black stripe on white cloth and put rhinestone on breast. When I looked at clothes a staff spoke to me kindly, and brought similar one-piece dresses. Many staffs are young but they all are cheerful and easy to talk to. It’s located on basement 1st floor in HEP FIVE. The entrance is big so easy to enter.
I'm rather chubby and clothes from this brand fit me, thank god for that.
This brand is not particularly for chubby people but many skirts and trousers have elastic waist so I can wear them. They have a chubby shop assistant and I take her co-ordination into mine. My favourite is a long skirt with elastic waist, it's made by chiffon and very cute.
II never notice of that shop before. Although it's right next to LOWRYS FARM on the 4th floor in LUMINE1, it's far back on the floor and the other side of the upward escalator.
I was looking for a plain dress to go with a gorgeous neckless and found what I exactly imagined.
The chic dress in Beige/Nude colour I bought was around 4,000yen.
They had wide colour variations and I could try them on one after another. I chose the beige one based on the shop assistant's advice and I'm very happy with it. The advice from staff is so helpful when you can't decide something! That was good buy!
It's on the basement floor in PASEO EAST. Very helpful as the price is reasonable. I buy too many, that's a problem X-D The staff in this shop is lucid and lively :-D They always give me some pin point advice when I ask them. Their co-ordination is also nice and many points to learn from. I'm a bit chubby but there are many clothes that fit me ★
I was just passing by and found a skirt and trousers. When I was looking them, a female shop assistant came to talk to me. She was very nice and cheerful.
To be honest, I wasn't keen on shop assistants who talk to the customers so I was just nodding to whatever she said. However, despite her appearance, she was very polite and efficient when she explained to me the details on the items. She showed me a different pair of trousers for comparison and also recommended some tops for those trousers based on the co-ordination I like.
Normally I took no notice of shop assistants but I naturally listened to her who enthusiastically talked to me.
She let me borrow some tops that go well with the trousers when I tried them on so I could have clear image of co-ordination. She also checked every time I asked, if the bottom was not too tight or the length was OK etc. It was really efficient service. She found some items that nicely go with the trousers within my budget and it was very interesting to know the varieties of co-ordination!
She looks just like a millennial but I liked her suggesting the co-ordinate ideas based on the customer's preference and life style.
She was a wonderful shop assistant and I thought I'd like to have her co-ordination advice again.
The pencil skirt in Autumn Burgundy colour, I'll wear it as often as possible.
