I bought some items in RALPH LAUREN in a department store in Ikebukuro. The staff was very nice and I want to go there again!
Despite I stayed there so long, they told me the history of RALPH LAUREN, where I could learn more and gave me some information that was useful for me being a fashion guru.
It's a shop I want to visit again when I have another chance to go to Ikebukuro.
It's hard to find particular shops in Seibu department store as each floor is massive, on the other hand there are many items. We can ask shop assistants for co-ordination advice and they are kind. For instance, when I was looking at shoes, they went to look for the size I wanted.
They also checked the availability in other branches and found one in a shop in PARCO next to them. I never expected them to go running there to get them so I was very impressed.
I was looking to buy a jacket as it was getting colder. After going round several shops, I found what I liked in Seibu department store. Normally very difficult to find my size that fits me but there was the perfect one and I decided to buy it. I was very happy with the design. The staff's advice was pin point and I could do the nice total co-ordination from head to toe.
The shop is along the busy street and easy to be spotted but the inside is quiet, with not many people. The staff doesn't come to talk to us so you can take time and enjoy shopping. There are many mature customers and it's a bit awkward to go in on your own. If you talk to the staff, they come to help you with smiles. You can ask for the items put up on the shelves. It was a good buy.
The staff is nice and polite in this shop. When I was looking for my friend's gift, a shop assistant kindly helped me, putting the items against me as I was in similar size as my friend was, to see the size was OK and how it looked. I want to go there again.
It's directly connected from Shibuya station and you can get almost everything. The staff is polite and kind as being in the department store staff.
I always happen to buy something as it has trendy items in a good fashion sense, perhaps because of that location as Shibuya.
The point card are soon filled up and can be used straight away, it's very handy.
Popping in there on a way home from work then get to the station, we can shop without getting wet even when raining. It's my favourite department store I often go to.
We went there to buy a couple of pairs of sunglasses years ago.
The bags and small items were neatly displayed for easy look and I felt the shop was thoughtfully arranged everything in there.
The staff was also nice with a lovely smile, not too pushy but helped me to choose an item I liked.
Me and my friend who just went for sunglasses, bought bracelets as well because the staff was so nice.
Whether you want to buy anything or not, I felt the atmosphere and staff made customers feel buying something.
I often go to that shop to buy gifts or sweets.
I normally go there on weekdays and sometimes I notice a lot of chattering among the shop assistants, as the shop isn't crowded.
When I ask them something like sizing or availability, they are nice, kindly answer my questions with lovely smiles and very helpful.
The best point is they are never too pushy and keep distance between us We can look around with our own pace and they are there when needed as they keep eye on us. That sales style suits me and I can buy with ease.
The exective manager asked me to buy manager's birthday gift and I went to LOUIS VUITTON.
I was wondering what to buy then a shop assistant came to talk to me and she brought me a scarf. The exective manager gave me a nice complement saying I had a very good sense and manager was very pleased with the gift.
I couldn't possibly choose it by myself so I was pleased that the staff gave me an advice as well as told me what was trendy.
They have more clothes for ladies. The make-up stuff is on the basement floor where you can try it casually. They help with even male customers trying make up on. It's so big and might be a good idea to pop in to spend your spare time. Many clothes are rather for mature people and the shop assistants also look calm so you can enjoy shopping.
