I thought the most staff was very nice and I liked the shop. However one of female shop assistants wasn't nice, she was moaning and groaning.
Sometimes she passed through in front of me who was looking at items or said 'Didn't you buy clothes for someone like your sister!' etc. Additionally, she had no courtesy, even the basic of retail service of 'Thank you'.
The image of the shop that wasn't bad just went down hill.
