I decided to buy after try the new clothing on, and the cashier tried to wrap it without asking me anything so I asked her if she had any new one in the back, but she looked annoyed and doubtfully answered that it was the last one. If it really were the last one, I would feel better if she told me so, and if it were for fitting on, I would want her to check if there were any defects. I liked the merchandise, but was dissappointed by the store associate. Maybe I cared too much, but it was expensive shopping... I would not go to the store in Machida again.
That was my favourite shop but it closed down at the end of February. It's very sad. I once bought an item in their Shinjuku shop but the shop manager in Machida shop was very kind and nice, it was easy to shop.
I want to have the shop back in Machida.
Because the shoes I was wearing worn out, I wanted to buy another pair and went to Diana in Machida. There were both male and female shop assistants in the store.
I always think the way they approach to the customers is modest and not actively come to talk to.
Perhaps because the store is within subway passage and there are many people just window shopping, I suppose.
More like looking around the shop from one side to the other, just ask for your size, not much recommendations coming from the staff and the customers can take time to decide.
My impression was they kept this way because there were wide varieties of size range on shoes, not like clothes and they would have no stock left at the end of the season as a result of not keeping too many shoes as a start with.
