Purchased a Beige long coat with no collar. They had a sale and I bought it when I came back after I tried on once. The shop is big and it's immediately inside of the entrance on the ground floor (from the back door). It was helpful that there were in small size. Because the staff doesn't talk to customers much compared to other shops and it might not be suitable to people who want to ask for their advice, but it's recommended for anybody who wants to shop at their own pace. I didn't feel that it was crowded because it's a big shop. I thought that the staff was kind as they went to check to see their stock whether there was any new one available.
Because I was pregnant, I bought a striped knit dress that I could wear through 3 seasons, even when my bump got bigger. I like NATURAL BEAUTY BASIC as I can buy stylish clothes at reasonable price. I happen to pop in the Kichijoji shop as the shop has a good access from the station. The inside is big and I often see people with pushchairs as the fitting rooms are also big. It's great that we can shop freely as the shop assistants don't actively come to talk to customers.
Because I like the clothes at NATURAL BEAUTY BASIC, I went to look at Summer cardigans etc. The shop assistants don't actively talk to customers but I get an impression that they aren't friendly at the same time. Most customers look like office ladies. Although they had a sale, I gave up buying as the items were originally expensive and the sale price was still high accordingly. However the items are well made and I've been wearing a pair of half trousers bought at this shop for about 3 years as they haven't been worn out.
