I went to Yokohama Bayside Marina around lunch time. There was hardly any people there and I could take time to look around at my own pace. The sale at each shop had already started but the main sale would be starting from 31st July. It was being advertised as sale up to 80% off in the Bayside Marina website. That was why the store wasn't quite busy, I guess. It's hard to walk around outlet store as the inside of the shops are cool enough but outside corridors are hot in this season. I hadn't decided anything particular to buy, so went around almost every single shop. Mainly most items were from 50% off. Some vests were from 300yen at POINT DIG. I bought a pair of pumps as they were sold at 900yen. Because it has men's, ladies' and kids' items, I think this shop looked the busiest. It seems to be crowded during weekends but weekdays are recommended as it's not very busy.
On May 21st, Thursday I went into the store as soon as they opened the store at 10:00, but the two store associates who were there were horrible. They did not even greeted us, and when they heard the belt size of my husband, they told us they carry only one size sounded like they were not even interested. After that, they kept ignored us. They should train the part-timers who could not even greet at the store. I would never go there again. I wonder if UnderArmer treats customers like that even in the other location? It was a first time to go to such a horrible store.
The staff followed me around, it was hard to look around. Shame.
I often go to that shop and the shop assistants always greet us with nice smile and treat us politely. I bought a trendy jersey top the other day but I couldn't decide right away as there were 2 similar designs. Then a shop assistant came and gave me some advice, what it would look like and how to co-ordinate with other clothes. I could make up my mind with ease. That staff was really kind and gave me another tip for co-ordination at the till. Because it was a outlet shop, the price was also reasonable. I enjoy shopping there.
I went to Mitsui Outlet Park Yokohama Bay Side with my mum the other day. They had their end of Summer sale and most items were reduced. I do breast feed and was looking for some clothes that could be easily washed when it got dirty, and that would breast feeding easier. I found 2 items, one was in T-shirt material with puffy sleeves in White and a striped loose fit style. I couldn't make my mind up straight away and a shop assistant gave me an advice that the striped one would be suitable as it wouldn't show the stains much when it got dirty while breast feeding and the material and design would make breast feeding easier. I wear that one a lot recently and found it's easy and doesn't show the stains. I'm very happy with it. It's around in the middle on the left hand side on the ground floor.
