When I was looking for a pair of Black shoes, I saw a pair on display in this shop and bought them.
However, a strap part broke after I wore a day so I went back to the shop. Their service was efficient and replaced them to a new pair.
Nothing has gone wrong with the new pair's straps and I'm happy with them. The shop is just inside the left hand doors after coming out of the 2nd floor exit of Okayama station and going straight towards right.
