This shop is on the ground floor within Lalaport and it is stretched to the 2nd floor as well. The ground floor was for ladies items and I went to look for a pair of Black skinny trousers. My boyfriend came with me and he said that more than half space on the 2nd floor was for ladies items, and there weren't many men's items. Although I didn't buy the trousers because they didn't have them in my size, boyfriend saw that the ladies hoodies were sold at the sale price of 1,000yen, and bought the Red one as the large size was perfect for him. It became one of the shops that I wanted to go again as the shop was big and easy to look around.
I bought a bathing suit and an accessory. I have been keeping my eye for the bathing suit for a long time and I checked online first and bought in store. H&M barely have the store associates on the floor except for the fitting room area and some administrative. I cannot say that their customer service were too great. I even have not met any good store associates in LaLa port in Funabashi. They often have sale, so even if I make a hole on the clothing or got a bit of stain, I will have no regret on tossing them away! That's why I love H&M! Depending on the location you go, the targeted age customer will differ and carry different clothing, but when I don't see something on the store, I would usually order online.
I was looking for a one piece to wear for a travel to Okinawa. The price was cheap and it was easy to try something you would not usually buy. They carried a lot of summer items when you could wear the dress easily by the beach, or short pants. They had a bigger accessories in variety and were cheap too. The sizes were hard to figure them out, but they showed Japanese standard size as well in a lot of places but if I did not try them on I would find it difficult to find the size that fit me. I had a trouble finding store associates since they were crowded and only to be find them at the cashier.
I went to this shop to buy a jumper and a pair of trousers. It was big and I didn't know where to start from. I was looking around, taking and putting the items against me but the staff never came to talk to me. There were many pretty clothes there that I wondered if they suited me. They also have men's and kids' wear as well as many shoes and bags. Many items were sold at reasonable price.
The shop assistants were all young and fashionable. I bought a jumper and the staff who served me at the till wasn't too bad.
I bought a Black dress and a pair of high heeled pumps for a party after the wedding reception.
The shop was quite big and there were men's and kids' items as well. I felt there weren't enough shop assistants.
I wanted some help to find my size for the dress but it took a little while as I couldn't catch any shop assistant.
However, the price and designs are attractive before its service in that shop, so I shouldn't moan.
