I go to this shop for years now. I pop in even when I have nothing in mind, as I want to see the staff. I'm always impressed with their lovely smiles and polite attitude.
It enjoyable to have a chat with them and I appreciate that they tell me about the new arrivals and when they are coming in. Because It's been years since I first went there, they always bring the items that fit my kid and suitable designs and colours for the kid without me saying anything. It's really helpful.
I always think the way they talk to grab kids' attention is very professional indeed! I'll keep going!
