I popped in AEON Okayama when I went to Okayama. Although I had no intention to buy anything and was just window shopping, I happened to find a knit dress that was in my absolute favourite type. I didn't have much money and I was thinking for a long time whether I should buy it or not. I went round other shops once but I eventually bought that dress as it was too cute. Because I was thinking for very long time when I first went in, the staff remembered my face. I was pleased and a bit ashamed as she said 'Welcome back' when I went back. (lol) She also gave me the shop's catalogue. The staff was nice and cute!
Purchased a pair of jeans and a chiffon top. There were many kind of jeans, and it was easy to shop as the suggested tops that suited jeans were displayed nearby. It has wide varieties from unique style to traditional type and we can coordinate in casual to nice, pretty style. There are also many babies, kids and men's items. The shop is on 2nd floor in AEON MALL OKAYAMA and the staff kindly serves customers.
There are many trendy items at reasonable price. Although there are many unique items, also many chic clothes are available. Many shop assistants are in unique style and I can learn coordination from them. Regarding kids clothes, the fabric was quite sturdy and there were some character T-shirts as well. There are also many men's items accompanied by a quite few male shop assistants and it's ideal to shop as a family.
There were 2 pretty ladies there! Their service was good.
I bought a dress with fluffy skirt. It was nice that the staff remembered my face despite I only went there once before. She also asked me what occasion I wanted to wear it on when I told her I was looking for a dress, then recommended me a dress I wanted. I was happy with her advice on coordination ideas. The shop had a bright atmosphere and the way the staff served me was polite and nice. Although I don't think there are many shop assistants who give customers advice, I found a nice shop after a long time. I arrived the shop after getting confused on the direction as it's far from the central lift.
I bought a small table the other day. As I opened the box, I noticed that it had some damages. Since it passed the bussiness hours, so I left them a message. The next day they called me back and quickly dealt with me. The table that exchange had a hand written apologizing letter by store associates. It was a while since I had this good shopping experience. The store items were reasonable but sterdily made, and I thought I would like to stop by again when I have time. To Ms. M, thank you for your great service.
I went there during the Bank Holiday week.
It looked more fashionable than casual style. The price was reasonable and I want to go again. The staff was pretty, indeed.♪
The shop's atmosphere was the top mark, the staff was extremely pretty and their service was very good!
The way the shop assistants serve customers is brilliant and I enjoyed shopping.
Also I could learn from them when I was choosing clothes as their outfit was fashionable. I could become a regular customer there.
Both the shop's atmosphere and the staff were nice, I want to go again.
