When I shopped at H&M within Lalaport IZUMI the other day, I was surprised at the staff who was no amiability. Even when I said 'Excuse me', she ignored me and in the end said 'What?' in unpleasant manner. It was the first time that the staff's attitude was as bad as that. I was very disgusted. Why don't they train their staff properly? I'll never want to buy anything in such shop.
