Review:No.177255 Word-of-mouth･Review of SACS BAR AEON MALL Asahikawa staition | Fashion Collect

This is a sequel (after I posted my review on 31/08). It was when I passed by that shop a week later. The shoulder bag (large) that was displayed soon after I purchased the same one was somehow moved to the bottom shelf (difficult place to see) and replaced by the same bag in Small size. I felt that the shop (or staff) looked at my review and emphasised that 'What I saw was the Small size and there was no Large bag on that day'. I thought it like that way because I couldn't find any purpose to move the Large bag only as the Small bag was originally on the top shelf with other sizes (together as a same range. (They tie bags to shelves for theft protection and it's not possible for customers to move the items.) Perhaps they hesitated to put the bag that was once displayed back in the stock or they decided to put it at the bottom shelf that was difficult to see until time goes by. I was more disappointed to see this crafty arrangement. Actually I tried to find the department to complain in SAC'S BAR (main office) website, but only the ordinary phone number (not freedial) was there. They don't seem to listen to customers voices seriously as no email address is provided. Because the bag wasn't a faulty item, I was hesitated to ask for a replacement. However it's not impossible for the shop to contact the customer to replace it if they think they 've done something wrong. In that case, the disaster will turn to good fortune and I might have become a fan of this shop. It's really, really a shame.
