Although I didn't have any intention to buy anything, went to ZARA that was a trendy shop as I wanted to know the Autumn trend. I wear ZARA items a lot, as the price is reasonable and the designs are nice. The staff at ZARA always looks busy and it was also the same on the day. However many of them were too busy to greet customers and I wanted them to greet us at least. Although I don't expect any service skills from them at ZARA, the staff seems to repeat same things such as 'You can try them on if you like', and in my honest opinion, I think that they'd better improve their service skill.
