GAP has a sale every weekend and there are many people in the shop. I think it's a very hard work particularly at Shibuya shop as there are many overseas customers. When I was buying a T-shirt, I asked the staff where it was. It was very helpful as she politely showed me despite the shop was busy! I bought the T-shirt I wanted. The shop assistants don't actively serve customers at GAP but the staff at the fitting rooms will politely answer to your questions when asked. The customer service standard is vary depending on the shops but I think that Shibuya shop was perfect.
