I really like clothing from this store so whenever I go to LaLa Port I never fail to stop by. This time I bought underwears. It was hard to figure out what size would fit for me since the size displayed was oversea's standard, but the store associates kindly explained for me and also I could try fitting them on so I decided to buy. I heard that elder people were not satisfied with the store because the lighting was rather dim, they wear fregrance strongly, and the store associate were not business-like but rather too casual, but I honestly like this store. Unlike the other Japanese clothing store, they do not try to sell you the merchandise, and you can always ask for their help as you need. I do agree that the store associates are too casual, but I took it as they being friendly, and I could enjoy shopping relaxed.
