I went to look for a shawl for the dress I was going to wear at a party after my friend's wedding reception. However, I couldn't find anything I liked so I was just wandering around, then I saw one of the Marui brands 'Comfort Pumps' had a sale and a pair of Black pumps were sold at 70% off the retail price. I tried them on, they were comfortable and I was going to buy them.
It was 15 minutes before the store closing time and the staff already started tidying up. I asked a shop assistant to check the stock if they had my size. I could then clearly see the staff put her priority on tidying up rather than checking the stock and I felt sorry but disgusted at the same time. They didn't have my size and I left the store without buying anything. I will go there again well before the shop closes.
