I purchased a knitted dress, but I tried on sneakers, too. The shop is always crowded but easy to see & find things thanks to fashionable, great items display. Staffs customer service makes us comfortable when we try on clothes, also their response when we ask sth is soft and polite. Not unfriendly like fast fashion brands. I happened to have Starbucks coffee and spilled it when I was trying on a sneakers, but they managed the happening speedy. It was very helpful.
