Customer service is too bad in agate located Mitsukoshi’s side in Takamatsu. Staffs always has bad attitude and not even apology. My necklace came back from repair and I took it back my home, but it wasn’t repaired so I had to bring it to the shop again. Nevertheless, no apology. They waited on me with disfavor in the morning. I used to buy agate’s goods, but I’ll never buy them.
