It's one of the branches of BEAUTY&YOUTH, a stand-alone shop which is Harajuku side on Cat Street. You can spot it easily as there is an Adidas shop opposite. They had some interior goods and daily essentials such as bars of soaps near the entrance when I popped in the other day. There were clothes after going down a few steps. I felt they had more varieties of shoes than other branches. The staff served me gave me some pin point advice and I bought a pair of leather shoes with lace up.
