Bought a pair of jeans and sleeveless knitwear. I tried on 2 pairs of the cut off jeans that were currently popular. Because I was indecisive, I was thinking about the coordination with top items for 20-30 minutes. However the staff who served me was helpful without rushing or being too pushy, and she never showed any annoying face. As a result, I wear the jeans very often that I bought then!

The shop assistants were anyway cute and I could casually talk to any of them. The fitting room was big and comfortable. They gave me a lot of advice when I was thinking and I could learn many things. They nicely coordinate including the sale items and I felt that they were selling what customers needed. The shop is in front of BEAMING LIFE STORE on 2nd floor of Lalaport South Building.

A thing that I noticed before entering was the shop's display. Any UNGRID shops are cute indeed and we can clearly feel its brand image. I bought a shirt that was reduced at the sale. Perhaps the staff noticed that I wasn't very good at talking to them and they left me alone after greeted. I know that it's very important to judge the customers preference as I used to work in the fashion industry myself and it makes difference on shop's popularity. I was impressed with the efficient staff. I want to buy some denim items next time!

I bought a pair of striped trousers and a long cardigan. It was the first time I bought from UNGRID, and the staff who served me was very nice! I remembered that I was pleased as she politely told me how to coordinate with my own clothes to look cute. She wasn't a typical shop assistant who followed customers around and she was helpful as she recommended some items based on the items I was looking at and I didn't get annoyed and she was easy to ask! She clearly told me 'This one suits you better!' when I tried some clothes on and I could shop comfortably.

I have been following this brand's producer's blog, so I decided to stop by at the store. The store was very classy, and small goodies and decoration was so cute, and I could tell that they selected each items with their own theme. The long sleeve shirt that I wanted was processed as if it were a pre-owned clothing and the price was steep, so it took me a long time to choose. The store associates did help me, but they just told me things that anybody can say, and the iteam was not appealing enough for me to buy so I did not get one before. There was a store associate who came to help my then but the conversation was awkward and I thought she must had not remember me so I did not say hi, but as I walk out from the store, she stopped me and greeted me. It is a little thing but it did make me happy so I could finish my shopping with a happy feeling.

I often buy at UNGRID as I like casual clothes.
I bought a chiffon top and skirt that I can wear a lot in Spring. I got hooked by the clothes in fluffy silhouette and UNGRID has many girlie outfit.
The co-ordination on mannequins look always pretty in the shop and sometimes I buy the same clothes as theirs. Even if you want to wear cute clothes but don't know what to choose, the mannequins can be good examples. I also learn the co-ordination from the staff.

I always stop by the shop when I want to buy something fashionable and casual. I went to the shop to look for a cloth for a date at Disney. It's not crowded at all because it's weekday. There were 2 salesclerks in the shop. I don't like a salesclerk to talk me once I walk in the shop. So I was just looking around, and I found a very cute one-piece. A salesclerk came and talked to me. She didn't say anything ordinary such as "It's a new item" "Isn't it cute?", but she said "It's warn today. I like your clothes". She said something that doesn't recommend any items in the shop. That was impressive. Most of salesclerks are desperate for selling their items and ignored what a customer feels. With these words from her, I decided to buy here today. I told her that I'm going to Disney and looking for clothes that would be good on sneakers. She showed me some patterns of coordinates from the items in the shop. She concerned about everything such as the weather, easy to move, and cute to coordinate. I was so impressed with her service as much as she could. Anyway, I bought the one-piece and a shirt with check pattern that I checked at first. When I was leaving the shop, I found out that she was the same age as me. So I told her to help me with coordinates next time as well. I had great purchase.

I went to the shop because I've been checking new items and a leather backpack that was introducd on blog. I went straight to the backpack so a salesclerk might think what I was looking for. She immediately talked to me and started her service. She was beutiful, but the way she talked was too casual and she looked messy for service. I work for service as well so I might be too sensitive. Anyway I bought it because I always wanted. This time, I bought a backpack not a cloth. So if she was that messy for servie, I rather asked her to leave me alone.

I popped in to see if there was any bargain items as they had a sale. The staff was very talkative and brought many items one after another and it was very helpful for me.
She had a great knowledge about the brand's features and suggested me many co-ordination ideas. I thought she really liked UNGRID. I bought a top and skirt she recommended, as I didn't see any staff like her recently and I was pleased!

I went and saw the shop with 2 friends of mine in the end of year. I was going to check the coat I like before, and if it became bargain I wanted to buy. It was weekday but the shop’s location is good, it connected directly to Shinjuku station, so some customers were there. The number of shop assistants are enough, but they didn’t attract us too much so we could take our time. But, after they waited on us, they didn’t listen to us and just recommended items earnestly with great urgency. I felt sorry that. After all I purchased a hat, but shopping bag was small and the hat ran off the eade. Products are cute but I hope the whole customer service raise more.
