The shop's atmosphere was perfectly being matched with the brand's concept. All clothes were also based on its concept and all were in loose-fluffy style. The staff's coordination was all nice and I happened to buy the same skirt.♪ When I'm looking at clothes, I'm soon distracted by everything as they all look cute. We can find favourite clothes whenever we go as there are many items that can be worn all year around. There are also many cute bags, accessories and pouches that can't be found at any other shops.♪
Purchased a floral printed dress in Yellow and a Black cardigan. It was a shop we happened to pop in after went round several shops to look for a knee length dress that I could wear in Spring/Summer. The staff recommended various dresses towards my request and she also picked a cardigan that suited the dress. A friend who went shopping with me didn't give up until the items that I liked came out. The staff had a lovely smile and was easy to talk to, I could rely on her. Although the shop wasn't big and it seemed to have many items, they were well-placed without feeling any difficulty when passing by, and it was easy to go in the shop.
Went there just after 3pm on Sunday, 2nd August. The shop was quite busy with youngsters and families. Although I went to look at the collaboration items by KIKI & LALA and MY MELODY, I was a bit too late and they were all being sold out. I regretted and thought that I should have come earlier even if it was crowded when the popular collaboration items were sold. There were still some items left but they were only odd colours, so I gave then up and went to look around other items. I saw the staff who was politely explaining to a lady who came to buy for her daughter. Although it was a bit difficult to talk to them as they looked flashy, they casually talked to customers and I bought some items after I talked to the staff. She recommended some dresses that additionally came in for the weekend sale. Those pretty dress were reduced to 7,000yen for 2. The items with half sleeves and long sleeves were reduced and the accessories were all sold at 1,000yen each. I nearly gave up but they were good value for money as many of them came in as an additional stock. Although the fitting room was busy and I couldn't try them on, I bought a dress that was chosen by me and the friendly staff.
I bought a dress and a pair of boots. The most clothes there were in princess style as well as the shop assistants were in that style. We enjoyed the casual conversation rather than talking about clothes. When I took clothes I liked, the staff explained about it. They were all kind ladies and I could enjoy shopping. I was very pleased that they served me with smiles despite there were many people as it was a very popular shop. They were the first pair of boots I bought from this shop and I could learn from the staff who told me the impression of the boots' comfort. She also told me in details types of comfortable shoes and about the shoes she could recommend.
I was surprised because the different shop assistants were working when I went there after a long time. Because of that, they were yapping at the till and quite noisy. It was a bit shame that the staff badly stood out despite the shop was lovely. However the clothes were cute as before and I bought a flared skirt in fruits pattern after I tried it on. There was no problem with sizing and I was very happy with it as it wasn't too puffy or too long, just right and cute. I think there are now more varieties of patterns and colours than before. I thought it was good direction.
I have been a fan of LIZLISA since I was a junior high student. However the local LIZLISA shop closed down and I became a regular customer at the Harajuku shop after I came to live in Tokyo! I bought a see-through type floral dress this time. It's too cute! I went in the shop after I fell in love with it at the first sight. The see-through style is trendy this year and it's in floral print. I got very excited. The shop assistants are kind and I like them a lot as they are very cute and look like dolls! I can't thank them enough for thinking coordination with me every time. I can buy with confidence as they kindly serve me and recommend items with explanation about the trend. I will go again as the Summer Sale starts from 27th June.
2 shop assistants served me and I asked one of them to check if they had the same dress as the mannequin was wearing. Although I waited longer than 5 minutes, she didn't come back and I went to look for her, then I found her serving other customers. So I asked another shop assistant and she quickly went to check it. The dress on the display was the last one and she took it off the mannequin and went to the till. The shop assistant I originally asked looked a bit surprised but the second person was brilliant.
I went to look for a camisole that I want to wear that day. There were many people in the shop due to some event. I was looking at camisoles anyway then a shop assistant came straight away saying 'We have more camisoles there' then brought one from other section.
I liked it better so decided to buy it instantly. I asked if I could try it on as I wanted to wear that day and they let me try it on. I felt very good as the staff served me nicely with smiles despite they were busy. I normally buy online but I want to go to the shop more often from now on.
I bought a one-piece for winter. I usually buy a top and a bottom separated, but the one-piece looks cute. A salesclerk who wore the same one-piece talked to me and gave me advice for coordinate with a coat and shoes. I stopped by a few times before, but a salesclerk remembered me. Every time I visit there, she talks me and gives me advice. So I can enjoy shopping there. The shop is located in the underground, so it's a small shop. But it looks cute and light so it's easy to walk in.
I bought a dress and a cut-and-sew top of my daughter. There was not so many customers in the shop so a salesclerk helped me from the time I walked in. However, I didn't feel uncomfortable with her because I already decided to buy the clothes. If the size didn't fit her, a salesclerk brought different size immediately to a fitting room. She was so kind. My daughter looked so happy because the salesclerk praised her a lot. But the salesclerk recommended her a cloth which doesn't look good on her that much, I think. So I was wondering but that's her job, isn't it! The shop looks lovely and pretty.
