Because my glasses easily could get scratched by dust while working, I bought a cheap pair for work. As a result, my original pair got scratched. :-( The staff wanted to see the strength and I handed over the glasses that I was wearing to her. Then I saw the staff was rubbing the lenses. No way. :-( Was the staff armature? I'd never seen any opticians that rubbed lenses like this besides this shop. :-( When I went to pick up the new pair, different staff served me and she also rubbed the brand new glasses so hard. That was no longer a new pair. :-( How do they train their employees at this shop? The glasses got damaged. The cheap items have less quality, penny-wise and pound-foolish. I paid for the lesson. I'll never go to this shop. :-(
Purchased a pair of glasses that could be worn in 3-way styles. I went to JINS as it had many varieties of designs and the price was reasonable. I could try many pairs on and take time to choose them. (I went on a weekday as it would be busy during weekends.) Although they had a facility for eye test, I was told to go to the eye clinic within AEON MALL to check my eyes as my eyes were astigmatism. Because the eye clinic was on the same floor, I had no problem to go there and come back. This frame suits me best and I personally like the Brown one. I normally wear only one colour but I'm happy with both the price and the design. I was impressed with the fashionable storage case. I was given an additional storage case as a gift and this was simple but in good fashion sense. They are interchangeable glasses and we choose from the available sets but it would be nicer if we can freely pick and mix the designs.
I bought a pair of glasses for the first time. The staff was kind from the beginning to the end, to check my eye sight and the size of the frame. It was a male assistant with glasses that suited him well. I want to buy the next pair there!
The shop was New Open affected by Outlet-mall’s renovation, so it was very crowded. I was worried about taking too much time, but there was not much waiting time then I could purchase glasses & get it the day. I received glasses within 1 hour after I ordered it. There was in outlet-mall and I could kill my time at various shops, so I could do shopping without stress.
